What ONE food at WDW restaurants made your eyes role back into your head?

The Filet Mingon and Double Lobster Tail meal at Fulton's. Man just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

The 2nd best steak I have ever had in my life was a few years ago at California Grill. It was a marinated filet mignon that was so good I got them to make me another as a side dish. Did not even think to ask about what was in the marinade. Of course by my next visit it was gone from the menu. Next would be a certain type of shushi served at Matsunoma. Can never remember the name but it is writen down in my WDW notebook.
