"What Not To Wear" - Show is on again May 29

I am assuming that if you clicked on this post, you know what What Not To Wear is. If not, take a look at the link, and then perhaps you will understand how very surprised I was when Stacy & Clinton busted into a meeting I was at in my office on Friday afternoon with a full camera crew, to inform me that my wardrobe was so terrible that I was going to accompany them back to NYC for a makeover and a new batch of clothes - assuming, of course, that I agree to toss anything in my closet they deem awful. After sitting with them and watching the secret footage they had taped of me for 2 weeks, I learned that I would be saying goodbye to most of my closet.
Why am I sharing this adventure of mine with the DIS boards? Well, because according to the show, here are my main offensive items:

this jacket - with the alice purse, and every other disney purse i own (a lot)

annnd of course -

No Way! What are you going to do if they toss your crocs?! Can you DIS while doing the show?! How exciting a DISer whose been caught on tape!

I love that show, but everytime I watch it I find out about something in my wardrobe I have to get rid of. It would be SO much fun shopping with someone else's money to replace what I have given away, I've tried to get my husband to nominate me but he won't do it.

I love this show! I always not so secretly wish someone in my family/friends would nominate me. I don't think I dress badly. I just don't have the finances nor the body to dress the way I would like to. I'd have to hide a few things (Mickey t-shirts, t-shirts from my other travels) for sure before making the trip to NY.

Congrats!!! This is one of my favorite shows! I even have my boyfriend and Mom addicted. Have fun, and go in with an open mind. Oh so exciting! I love Carmindy too! Yay for you!!!

wow so many comments! thanks for the well-wishes everyone. i wish i could reply to them all but i have to get back to work - they were very kind to give me four days off with such short notice, but it means that i have a LOT to do!
i am pretty sure my crocs will be toast, but they're easy to replace. i'm more worried about the disney gear. but in the end, it's just clothes, right?

Are you serious? or are you pulling our legs? Are you really going to be one the show? I love that show and watch it all of the time.

I would love to have my makeup and hair redone by them.

I think I would refuse to let him touch my hair. Most of the time I think the people's hair looked better BEFORE he cut it. He can really create some unflattering styles.
