No news yet on when the episode will air. I'm guessing they probably won't know the exact date for a few more weeks - sometime in October (hopefully not the 12th, when I'll be in FL for my friend's wedding -i would hate to miss the show myself! poor me, right? ) I'll be sure to let everyone know when I learn the date!

And actually, I have not replaced anything they chucked yet - although i may or may not be planning to pick up a particular pair of shoes at some point. maybe.

some annoying news...I found out that my show is not airing until January 4th! That is so far away...October seemed far enough. I feel like this will be a very slow four months!!

I LOVE What Not to Wear...Stacy and Clinton are awesome and they seem like they really, really care about the person they are working with. I've seen some amazing transformations...I love it when Stacy sometimes gets teary eyed at the end when the person comes out in their new outfits, hair, ect....

I would love for them to work their magic on me, but I know my 30 or so Disney sweatshirts would wind up in that big garbage can and I just couldn't bear it!

Can't wait for Janurary!

I think they are actually almost done with the show, but rather than show all new episodes every week for a few months, they want to spread them out (a new episode, then a couple weeks of reruns, then a new episode, etc). I was the 3rd-to-last show shot for this season, so i'm at the end of the line.

thanks everyone else for your kind comments! hopefully you're right and these next few months will just fly by. I think once I get through September I'll be good - in October I'm going to FL (not for Disney sadly, but for a friend's wedding, so still fun) and then November is Thanksgiving and December will be busy with Christmastime...and then it will time for my nationally televised, um, event!

wow how cool! i love watching that show! i'm marking it down and hopefully i'll be able to watch it. it'll be neat seeing you on tv!

i'm always amazed at how many people agree to go on that show, have breakdowns about the fact that they don't want to cut their hair or change the way they look and then are amazed at how great they look when they finally agree to go along with it. i remember seeing this one show where a woman had hair down past her butt and she REFUSED to let them cut it??

C & S wouldn't complain about you having comfy sweats and cocoa if you only wore them in your house. They'd only complain if you wore them outside to get your mail or the newspaper.
