So pirates night 5...whats the difference with Crush vs Animation in AP?

The Crush show has Crush (from Finding Nemo) visiting the various screens around the room and interacting with the people at the tables. The animation show - well, you draw a little stick-figure type person, turn it in, and at the end of the meal everyone's little person is in the animation show they do on the screens. Two different shows.
