To Be In Disney??

For me it is Main Street USA and just being at that part of the MK. I love it, it is an amazing place and having breakfast at the bakery is incredible.

Your views folks.. :rolleyes1

Oooh, the purple arch that you go under when you first arrive, the parade music, using fastpass like its a guilty secret, seeing my first character, the start of fantasmic when Mickey conducts the water...oh I could go on for hours about this :teeth:

The monorail at MCO. As soon as you hear... Please stand clear of the doors I know I'm home. :thumbsup2

Gotta be the first view of the castle!!! :dance3:

Picking up the car / walking into a big villa / diving into the your own pool.

Epcot, my favourite place in the whole world!

And my favourite bit is between the Land and the Imagination bit, just sitting on the little wall you can see some of world showcase, there's water in front of you and the monorail going over it, and you watch excited people going by. Fantastic.

Again, the monorail at the airport, and walking into Epcot and hearing the music :cloud9:

arriving at main street and seeing the castle :cloud9:

Firstly it's the smell - somehow florida smells different from England.
Secondly; "Please stand clear of the doors... Por favor mantenganse alejado de las puertas..."

Getting hit by the first real hot waft of Florida air and then driving under the welcome arches, a real feeling you've finally arrived and will have such a great time. I've said before and I'll say again that that bit always reminds me of The wizard of Oz when Dorothy arrives in her technicolour land, to me thats how Disney feels, a technicolour world of excitement and dreams. I always feel down when we travel back through those gates again, even if its just for a days shopping.

It definitely has to be when we drive under the sign that says 'WALT DISNEY WORLD'. Our first time in MK is also so exciting; we love the magic of Main Street. For us, staying on site adds to the excitement.

Although everything is exciting, it has to be the walk down main street and the 1st sign of the castle. Epcot is my favourite park, but MK is Disney World

For me it would be driving under the WDW arches, but last year it was arriving at All Star Movies and realising that we were actually staying in a Disney Hotel. I had dreamt of this for years, and couldn't believe that we were actually doing it!!!!! :sunny: :cloud9:

For me it is getting on the tram at Orlando International and seeing green after being in the snow and cold for months. It is the bomb for me.

For DW it is most definately sailing across the lake towards MK on the paddlesteamer ferry. Watching the castle slowly coming nearer and nearer, seeing the other ferry come past usually with Goofy et al waving as they pass. The anticipation of finally arriving into Main Street. :tink:

Same as everyone else but the order for me is
Seeing my youngest son get so excited at the Gatwick Hilton the night before and sitting next to him on the flight and being bombarded with what car are we getting, can we do this etc [and watching my 17 year old pretending he is cool and not excited lol]

Smell at MCO
Monorail at MCO
Driving under the arches
ASMO check in and food court [we are home], we have stayed here so many times just give us the room no and then we feel like we have never been away
First night seeing and riding Spaceship earth at Epcot and chilling out to the fireworks
First full day in the morning walking down Main street and seeing the castle
And of course first beer or long island iced tea at asmo bar, now I have no work issues,or any other UK related problems disney take them away for 2 weeks

For me the first 48 hours are the best,
