What kind of t-shirts?

I have purchased 100% cotton t shirts to use for iron-on transfers, but I think I bought the wrong kind of shirts. These have a good deal of stretch in them, and I'm now thinking that the transfer will stretch and then crack easily.

I have not been able to find 100% cotton t-shirts that are not so stretchy. Our local Hobby Lobby is out of white t-shirts. I bought Hanes t-shirts that were 3 to a pack (boy's t's), but they are so thin, I think these are more like undershirts.

I think they're fine. By the nature of 100% cotton, its going to be stretchy. 100% cotton is the most recommended.
