What kind of rates are you getting from National?

I'm picking up at the Car care center, National Emerald Counter, full-sized, 12/18 to 12/29 for $172.74 using Continental code and $20 Entertainment Coupon. It started out as $350. ish and has gradually come down.

I've already done that...I need a car that seats 6 and the Premium is the least expensive option. July 17th - 25th is $239...

I just checked and mine is currently UP by $100! I sure hope there are better deals after the end of the month...

Anyone know of any codes for next year (May)? We have an 11 day rental, full size suv, for $522.02. Looking to bring that down if possible!

We're going to WDW the last week of September. We've booked on EA at National for $189 for 8 days. I've seen much lower rates for earlier in the summer. This was using Priceless and the Entertainment coupon. Is this the best I can do for this time period, or is anyone else having better luck? Do rates usually drop closer to the date?

Obviously, this is not a bad rate, but I'd love to get some of the prices I've seen others getting - I guess I have rate envy.

We rented a full size car from June 1-8 (eight days) for $125 total. This was our first time using National and had a wonderful experience. We ended up with a 2005 Toyota Camry with 1860 miles on it. Perfect for my family (DH, DD10 and me) The trunk is huge.

Wow, that's high for a 10 day rental!
For National, I would wait for the new entertainment book (for the National coupons) to come out. The current one expires 12/31. Did you try the priceless code (6600330)?
I think that once/if the new coupon comes out you should be able to apply that to your current reservation.
