What kind of Graduation Party decorations do you put up?

So far, I am at a loss. The colors of my son's school are blue and white. I went to Dollar Tree because when my dd graduated I went there expecting to be able to buy balloons and this lady had bought them months before and was getting them blown up that day, so I was kind of bummed that there were none left. Unfortunately, there choice for graduation balloons is either already depleted or they didn't have much to choose from. I didnt see any empty bins when he was taking them out to show me, so I think they didn't get very many in.
Where can I find balloons that I can buy now and have blown up a day or two before the party?
What are some other decorations for outside?

I went to Party City. They had all our school colors, and I don't think I paid more than $1.50 for any piece we got. We got balloons, plates, plastic utensils, chip/candy bowls, small table decorations. I have a girl, but one of the best things I did was put one her 10x13 senior pics on a large poster board. Her friends signed all around on the poster board, and that still hangs in her room! That cost less than $1 too!
