We plan on eating all of our breakfasts in except our CRT breakfast.. princess: . Does anyone else do the same thing and what do you pack for snacks and breakfast and such? Just looking for some yummy ideas. How do you handle water if you are traveling on a plane and doing ME?

THANKS! :cool1:

We take alot of Goldfish, Cheese Nips and chocolate M&M's. There is something about chocolate after you've been walking around for hours! :p

We usually take along a box of donuts or danish for a quick breakfast, along with individually packed bite-sized cookies, peanut butter crackers, peanuts, and party mix. We also can't forget the Cheezits. DS can't do without those. We grab one or two bags each for fanny packs when we leave for the parks. It's a great way to save on snacks. Lots of days we don't eat lunch, just snack on these things til dinner time.

December '05 CBR here we come!!! :Pinkbounc  :cheer2:

We like the NutriGrain cereal bars- they're good for breakfast or a quick snack. One of those and a cup of yogurt or piece of fruit from the food court and I'm set for the morning.

We also like to bring granola bars in a couple different flavors and we'll pick up a box of fresh muffins if we make a grocery stop.

We don't pack any food. IMO, part of the fun of a vacation at WDW is enjoying all of the great restaurants and snacks there are in the parks and resorts. ::MickeyMo

We liove a driveable distance from Disney so packing a cooler full of juice and doughnuts is no big deal. My sister -in-law lives in NY and always gets a junior suite at the WL. She boxes up snacks (non-perishable) and water bottles, juice boxes etc..and she ships them UPS to the hotel prior to her arrival. When she and her family arrive. They unpack a few boxes and they have all the snacks they want without having to get a cab to the grocery store. I think she is quite clever!!! I know that she has also carried an additional suitcase full of snack food.

How funny that you started this thread. I'm in the process of packing and I have one whole suitcase devoted to snacks, diapers, baby wipes, laundry detergent and other items of necessity! I have chosen to do this for two reasons.

1. I don't want to waste any time stopping at Publix on our way to the hotel.
2. After I use all the food and stuff I'll have a whole suitcase for souvenirs!!!

Here's what I've packed so far:
cheerios
capri sun
fruit snacks
gold fish
2 packages of diapers
baby wipes
swim diapers

I will probably add some nutri-grain bars and pop-tarts. I like the idea of m&m's...I'll have to see about that one!

Those little cheese and cracker packages are great too for snacking in the park.

Sorry but being form the Uk I have to ask

What are Goldfish??
:fish:
I do hope they are dome kind of confectionary not the little things we have in bowls of water over here !!!

I have seen them mentioned a number of times on these boards .

Thanks

We drive! :Pinkbounc But, I bring the Cereal snack pack (with the different kinds of individual sized cereals) along with disposable bowls and spoons, and buy milk at the resort! My ds loves this because he doesn't get sugary cereal at home! :rotfl: I also bring fruit cups to go with his cereal!

Goldfish are little crackers with flavors like cheddar, pretzel or just plain and they are shaped like, you guessed it - goldfish! They are a pretty non-stomach upsetting snack that doesn't feel too unhealthy!

We love the pre-bowled packaged cereals, the ones where you tear off the paper on the top and just pour the milk in. Super simple. I don't even pack spoons, I just grab a couple from the food court. We also usually bring some fruit and muffins to round out the breakfast menu. My husband likes to give me a hard time, but I also bring my coffeemaker from home. The ones in the rooms kind of gross me out. My pot has a timer, so we wake up every morning to the smell of coffee. Plus I don't have to schlepp to the foodcourt. Now that's vacation! A big bonus last trip, the mousekeeper left us Mickey Coffee everyday. :earsboy:

We feel the same way, we might stop at the store and get a box of donuts. But that's it, and we buy the donuts in Orlando.

Great ideas...thanks!!

I better get started since we leave on Wed morning EARLY and of course the whole family is coming over for the holiday....EEK!
