They are light weight, with one large main pocket; a smaller camera/film sized pocket on the front of the main pocket; small zippered pockets on the sides of the belt; pockets for water bottles on each side with a bungee cord type closure and a back zippered pocket. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap. The main pouch is quite large. They are probably available at gap.com too.
