We're having roast beef for Easter, and I am not sure what type of roast to buy.  Bottom Round?  Eye Round?  I want it to be like the roast beef you would have at a carving station on a buffet (a good buffet!! 
)
Also, how do you cook it? Do you just roast it in a pan? Put anything in with it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
