what kind of cut for a roast beef?

We're having roast beef for Easter, and I am not sure what type of roast to buy. Bottom Round? Eye Round? I want it to be like the roast beef you would have at a carving station on a buffet (a good buffet!! ;))

Also, how do you cook it? Do you just roast it in a pan? Put anything in with it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
 
can ......I also love to put it in an aluminum tent.....with a can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of water and a pkg of lipton onion soup mix too......and then fold the tent up and cook it at 350 for a few .......this is so tender and the gravy is soooooooooooooooooo good.....
