What kind of crowds to expect at IOA Mid-october?

Hello all! We are going to be visiting IOA in October for a day. We have HHN tix for Wed, Oct 19 so we will be duing US that day, but I'm still torn on a day to do IOA. We'd been thinking about Tues, Oct 18 but I'd kind of like to space out Universal days a bit. I'm guessing Saturday and Sunday are pretty busy at IOA? I was contemplating doing IOA on Friday, Oct 14, or even Thursday the 13th. Thoughts?

How bad are Fridays at IOA typically? I'm guessing it will be busier than the Tuesday would be, but do you think it will be so much busier that it's a bad idea?

Any advice or opions are appreciated!

For the record, we did visit in December and it was great! The ONLY crowds we encountered at either park were in WWOHP and then an influx at US at the very end of one day. But, it was fairly cold and we didn't get to do the wet rides at IOA so we really want to check those out this time. We'll check out the WWOHP stuff but it's not the main focus of our day. Will we be able to do the major (non WWOHP attractions on a Friday, Oct 14?

Crowds in October are generally light although HP will still be busy. You could go any of those days and see similar crowds...especially for HP. The rest of IOA should be a breeze.
