What kind of coffee?

Does anyone know what kind of coffee they usually serve at restaurants like Tusker House and Boma? We really liked it, and we were thinking it was Disney Coffee like they sell at the parks. Is this correct?

I think Tusker House is the normal park coffee but I think the press pot at Boma is the absolute best coffee on property, even better than Kona. I can't tell you what brand it is or anything but it tasted like a Sumatra or Sumatra blend to me. If anyone knows that knowledge would be great, I'd try to find some online today.
