What Kind Of Car Can I Expect From National?compact

We have a compact reserved for our trip in October.Can anyone tell me what kind they are?There are 2 couples,we want be doing alot of driving just right outside to eat or maybe the outlets?Do you think it will be too small?

Does this also mean that you will have 4 adults with luggage leaving the airport? If so, a compact will definitely be pushing it.

Hi Misty,

National's website says their compact is a Chevy Cavalier or similar.

As Dan said above, the four of you will fit just fine, but your luggage will be a problem.

I believe the last time I got a compact it was something like a Pontiac Sunfire. Not very roomy for 2 couples. I'd check the price of an intermediate as I've found it's usually just a few dollars more for the whole rental. The only time I'd do a compact now is if there's only my DH & myself, although when my kids were small, and I didn't know better, we always got a compact.

We will be using ME from the airport and back to it.We will be renting the car from the Dolphin.

Are these cars 2 or 4 door?

The one they have pictured is a 4-door.

The economy is usually a Sunfire 2 door and the compact is a 4 door.

when we rented we got oldsmobile it was a 4 door.
