What items on the menu is included in the CP Dinner package this year

Does anyone know what is included in the CP Package this year? Last year it included an appetiser, main entree, and dessert. I believe Deb Wills site says that tax isn't included but tip is? We are eating at Le Cellier this year. Do they take their more expensive items off the menu? Any discounts for shopping in Epcot offered this year? Thanks
