I bought a lovely pair of short white socks that had a Mickey on each one at the top. The first time I washed them the Mickeys fell off! I was that disappointed that I wrote to Disney and included the 1 Mickey that I managed to rescue out of the washing machine (the other one is probably still stuck in it somewhere!). A couple of weeks later I got a letter of apology and a cheque for £10. I was really pleased with the customer service but I'm still left with just a plain pair of white socks.
