14 weeks almost two years ago when I dislocated my kneecap, fell on my ankle which dislocated and fractured my fibula. I went back at less hours and then retired 4 months later (already planned before injury). I'm still dealing with my knee and getting an MRI tomorrow to see what's going on. If it had just been my ankle, I probably would have only been off for a couple of weeks as they had a scooter all ready to go for me, but my knee wouldn't cooperate.

1-2 weeks. It's always a few days due to prescriptions. I have to maintain a medical clearance. Even Dayquil has a 48 hour wait after last dose and if it's Nyquil then it's like 80-90 hours or something like that.

Yes, we would go to South Africa to visit family every few years for the entire month of December. I remember being given homework to do on those trips but TBH, I never remember doing any of it!

We took DS out of school a few times for Disneyland trips but stopped doing that once he hit grade 7 or so.

I have hope chest filled with some things from high school , DH & my early marriage and things of the kids' when they were little. I'd have to go through it again to see how much of it is still stuff I'd want to keep (the last time was 15 years ago when we moved).
