We're trying Citricos for the first time in a few weeks and would love to hear about your favourite things on he menu.

Looking forward to hearing about all the delicious food you guys have to recommend :)

Thanks!

They have changed out my favorite salad appetizer but the grouper and short rib entrees are both very good.

Many on here rave about the crab gateau appetizer but since I don't like crab, I have to take their word on that one. I read about it more than any other dish at Citricos on these boards.

I hated the tiramisu for dessert. The creme brulee was okay.

It is sooo good, and I am not even that much of a crab person. I think my husband and I are going to go to the bar just for that and dessert. I don't think they have the berries sabayon anymore(out of this world good), but the lemon cheesecake is excellent also. My son had that, and asked if he could get another one to go.

Both DH and I loved the crab app, but we equally loved the lamb shank and short rib!

Just got back. I dont think you can go wrong with any of the dishes. This year I tried the chicken entree and it was delicious! I have also had the veal shank which is great. It falls right off the bone.

I have no idea if it's still on the menu but the shrimp and feta app was yummy.

My DH and I just returned last week ... and LOVED Citricos.

For pre-dinner cocktails
DH had the Frozen Mango Margarita
I had the Citricos Bellini

We shared the Gateau of Crab & Arancini for appetizers.

I had the Veal Shank & DH chose the Filet for dinner , both w/ suggested wine pairings
For dessert we had Warm Chocolate Banana Tart with the FroZin

In short AMAZING !!!!!!!! We have dined at most of the signatures, including V&A ... this is right up there, top 3 for me!

As someone else said, I don't think you can wrong with anything at Citricos!
But my favorites are the Arancini (fried risotto balls), Goat Cheese Truffle Salad, and any fish entree.
For dessert, I like the Lemon Cheesecake the best, but the Chocolate Banana Torte is amazing too!

We have only been there once and plan on going back again in Nov. Everything we ordered was out of this world fantastic. Cannot wait to dine there again!

I have dined there 2 times. The first time (March 2010) I had

Gateau of Crab - Jumbo Lump Crab, Orange Fennel Cream, and Tomato Fennel Slaw
Filet Sicilian - Oak-grilled Filet of Beef with Spanish Onions, Peppadew and Banana Peppers, Quattro Formaggi Crushed Potatoes, and Veal Glace de Viande
Lemon Cheesecake - with fresh raspberry sauce

The second time (May 2010) I tried
Sautéed Shrimp - Lemon, White Wine, Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese
Braised Short Ribs - creamy polenta, sauteed greens, and blood orange demi-glace
For desert I had a seasonal berry desert that they only offered in the spring

The shrimp appetizer was my absolute favorite item. I had a great conversation with my waiter and he said that if I liked it so much, I could order it over pasta as an entree. I am definitely planning to do that on my next visit.

The crab gateau is yummy to, but the shrimp was better. If you are looking for beef, the braised short ribs were better than the filet, but the 4 cheese mashed potatos that come with the filet are divine.

I hope you enjoy your meal there.

I was there with my best friend for her 40th birthday in May and she actually ordered Roasted Chicken Breast - Tanglewood Farms Chicken with Roasted Mushroom Risotto. She doesn't like mushrooms, so they substituted the 4 cheese mashed potatos for the risotto.

I've been there 4 times and each time was wonderful! I've never had anything but excellent food and service!

Everything is great there, but my kids and I love the roast chicken. Last time we went (in April 2010), we all ordered it. Very yummy!

The veal shank is excellent. The short ribs were very good as well, tho I thought the portion was a tad small....

Have to say the crab, love seafood of all kinds but the crab was great
