What is your favourite cut of meat to grill?

I love to BBQ steaks. I was wondering if one cut is better then another...

How do you grill the perfect steak? What seasonings do you use? How about side dishes?

Mmmmmm....a nice ribeye. Yum

We like to shake on Emeril's Essence and rub in some freshly pressed garlic.

Side dishes- green salad, corn on the cob and fresh french bread.

We also like to BBQ ribeye steak. We usually just sprinkle McCormicks Montreal Seasoning on it, DH likes the hot version. I also like to marinate a london broil and grill that.

As for sides I love to bake potatos in foil on the grill, I scrub the skins and spread butter or margarine on them, then wrap them up in foil. Local sweet corn on the cob, mixed salad with raspberry vinegrette, or herbal vinegrette are good too.

My DH loves to grill boneless sirloin strip steaks after they marinate in (equal parts) coke, ketchup and italian dressing.

me- Give my BBQ boneless chicken breast. I'm a freak.

Another vote for ribeyes. We just sprinkle on some garlic salt before cooking. We like baked potatoes, salad and wild rice with ours.

Another vote for the ribeye for me. Just sprinkle some salt, peper and garlic..........YUM We also love baked potato's, corn on the cob oozing in butter.

My DH likes Delmonico (sp?) steaks. I use the McCormick Montreal seasoning on them which works well.

I love to do a baked potato on the grill with it. Slice the potato before you cook it and add pats of butter with sliced onions. Wrap in foil and cook for about an hour.

I also love to cook veggies on the grill in foil. My favorite is sliced zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms and onions. Those Reynolds Hot Bags work great for this! Throw them all in with a few pats of butter.
