What is your favorite WDW resort lounge?

One of our very favorite things to do when we visit WDW is the nights where we "lounge-hop". We will visit 4-5 different resort lounges and have a drink at each. Normally, it will be a specialty drink. Our favorites are the Nyami-Nyami from the Victoria Falls Lounge at AKL and the Lodge Fizz from the Territory Lounge at WL.

I would have to say that my favorite lounge, though, is the River Roost at PO-R . It used to be called the Cotton Co-op, back when the resort was called Dixie Landings. What made the lounge so special was an entertainer named Bob Jackson. He would tell jokes, play various instruments, sing songs, and involve the audience in his numbers. He was terrific!

I know that he was laid off after 9/11, but, recently, I heard that he was back. We go in December, so I hope he is still there.

The Territory Lounge at the WL. They have killer steamed shrimp and the biggest hot wings I have ever seen!!!

Tambu Lounge at the Poly! We aren't fond of Mizners, not because of the drinks, but because of the cigar smoke. I will have to check out the Territory Lounge at WL, and Victoria Falls at AKL, though! Those drinks sound great.

I know that if the River Roost were non smoking, I would love it, as I love the entertainment, but alas, those cigarettes trigger allergies that ruin the rest of my vacation.

Outer Rim at Contemporary. I love enjoying a drink with the view of the lake. Very relaxing.

I was disappointed with the Territory Lounge at WL. It didn't have any atmosphere. I really like it when I feel like I can just sit for a while to relax, but at Territory Lounge I kept looking at my watch wondering when we'd leave. I wish they'd remodel it and make it more comfortable.

I guess I disagree with the last poster, because the Territory Lounge at the WL is my favorite. They have great drinks and a wonderful staff! Plus, we just love the cozy laid-back atmosphere.

The Bellvue Lounge at the Boardwalk. I haven't stayed at that resort but I go to the Bellvue every trip. I love the livingroom feeling and the old radio music. The drink is nice and strong too!
