I second Kingston Plantation. In addition to Embassy Suites, you can rent villas that are a few minutes from the beach or a condo in 1 of the oceanfront highrises. We rented villas off VRBO that were much cheaper than renting them through Embassy.
The complex is very clean and well kept. There's a number of pools, activities for the kids during the summer, a waterpark for smaller kids, and a large private beach.
