What is your favorite smart phone app and why? I just got my first android and I can't believe what I have been missing out on. I have learned to sype and to text by voice in just one day I am so proud of myself lol so much to learn.

I have an iPhone and my favorite app is "Around Me". It pinpoints where you are and then you can pick categories (Banks, coffee, gas station) or search for your own (i.e. "Starbucks") and it will find the closest. You can even get the directions to get there.

Great for vacations and when I'm in the parts of town that I'm not familiar with.

I use my Nook app every day (Kindle sometimes and the FB reader to get books off guettenberg project). The Bar Code scanner gets a lot of use (to get books off Guettenberg) and in the stores. I LOVE the GPS my phone came with. The kids play Angry Birds all the time, I am afraid to start .
