What is your favorite Signature Restaurant at The World?

Favorite would have to be "V & A" !

Signature would have to be "California Grill"
followed very closely by:
"Yachtsman's Steakhouse" & "Flying Fish"

I agree with billfatora - Victoria & Alberts. We had an amazing experience there.

I also like Citricos and Jiko. But V&A's will always be my all-time fave :lovestruc

Haven't done V&A's yet.

On the dining plans: Citricos and Flying Fish (really enjoyed Jiko last time but neither my appitizer or entree from last visit are on the menu anymore).

Not on the dining plan: Shula's and bluezoo. I would eat at either of those before most other restaurants on property. :thumbsup2

Citricos.

We have also been to Shulas, Yachtsman, Flying Fish and Narcoossees

Jiko and Artist Point. LOVED Jiko, but I believe Artist Point is extremely underrated. I had a great meal and it was absolutely wonderful service.

For the food:
1. BlueZoo, 2. Flying Fish

For the food & fireworks:
3. CA Grill, 4. Narcoossee's

In the Parks:
Epcot - Coral Reef
Magic Kingdom - Cindy's Castle (to feel like a prince for the day)
Hollywood Studios - Brown Derby (for food)

My top places would be:

1. V&A's
2. California Grill
3. Bluezoo
4. Citricos
5. Shula's

My favorite is Cali Grill and my DH's favorite is Flying Fish Cafe.

For the kids' meals, the other restaurants did the "norm" while the Cali grill had gorgeous fruit appetizer plates (as opposed to the small bowl of the usual stuff that didn't look any different from any other restaurant), and their desserts were also over the top. My kids loved, loved, loved it. I also thought that my meal was a little better at Cali Grill, but that might have just been what I chose.

My favorite restaurants are V&A, bluezoo, Il Mulino, bistro de Paris.

On the dining plan, which is what I think of when I hear "signature", mine are Flying Fish and Citricos.

1. Artist Point
2. California Grill
3. Jiko
4. Narcoossee's
5. Flying Fish Cafe
6. Le Cellier dinner
7. Hollywood Brown Derby
8. Citricos
9. Yachtsman Steakhouse

Because the signature restaurants change their menus so often, I base my ranking primarily on my last meal at each restaurant. With that said, Artist Point has been my definite favorite since last summer, and several meals there over the past few months have reaffirmed that position. The atmosphere is tranquil and quiet, and the food is great and often inventive. Currently, they have an excellent crab salad with cucumber yuzu sorbet and black sea salt, and the cedar plank salmon with confit artichoke and bacon-egg vinaigrette was delicious.

I'll put mine in order from fave to least fave...these are the ones I've done:
1. Jiko
2. Hoop Dee Doo
3. Le Cellier (was not signature when we've been, but still tops)
4. Spirit of Aloha
5. Coral Reef (was signature when we went)
6. Artist Point
7. Brown Derby
8. Breakfast at CRT

And only #8 will we never do again.

citricos and flying fish are a tie for me. if not on dining plan then shula's and bluezoo make it a four way tie for me. california grill comes in behind them for me mainly because we've had mixed service and food quality there 2 meals great and 1 problem after problem.

I've only been to two: California Grill & Shula's.

California Grill was fantastic :lovestruc It might be my favorite restaurant of all time (partly due to location, but still).

Shula's was very nice as well. I'm just not a big steak person. :confused3 (We went for my SO's birthday, and he is very much a steak person!). He loved it.

ETA: I guess Bistro de Paris is signature too? I ate there in either '98 or '00 and don't remember much (I was 14 or 16), but I did like it.
