I've been on a sandwich kick lately (don't ask me why!) and was wondering what are the good sandwiches in wdw.

Can you tell me your favorite sandwich in the World?
And if it's not self-explanatory, please give a brief description.

*No Earl of Sandwich sandwiches I'm afraid. All of theirs are so good, they are already my favorites.

I like the Spice Crusted Mahi Sandwich which is available at the Contempo Cafe in Disney's Contemporary Resort. What I like about it is how fresh the Mahi Mahi is, along with the Citrus-Apple Slaw and the kaiser roll.

I also like the Southwestern Chicken Sandwich which is availale at Gasparilla's Grill & Games in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. What I like about that is how spicy it is because of the chipotle-chile mayo. It also comes with coleslaw, however I always order it on the side.

Island Chicken Sandwich - Grilled chicken breast with apple-smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, curry mayonnaise, fried onions, on a Kaiser roll and served with sweet potato chips. At Kona Cafe. Fabulous!

I like the Cuban Cheesesteak at the Cabana bar at the dolphin.

I love:

Pizzafari @ AK: Hot Italian Style Sandwich - Turkey, ham, Swiss and Provolone Cheese topped with Caesar salad and pesto marinated tomatoes.

Sunshine Seasons: Smoked Ham and Salami - on Asiago Ciabatta & Turkey and Monterey Jack Cheese on Foccacia - with Chipotle Mayonnaise.
Dh had the Oak Grilled Vegetable Flatbread Sandwich and really enjoyed it.

The Plaza: Grilled Reuben - thinly sliced corned beef on grilled marble rye with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. I loved it! DH had the Cheese Steak Sandwich - shaved beef, grilled with onions, mushrooms, red peppers, and white American cheese served on a hoagie roll and also loved it.

I am also looking forward to trying the Anchors Aweigh Sandwich - white tuna with lettuce and tomato on toasted multigrain bun @ Columbia Harbour House in Aug.

The reuben at the Plaza was fantastic. I've eaten hundreds of reubens, and this was the best I ever had.

The tuna sandwich at CHH. It is so good and I am picky about my tuna -- this is the only place out that I ever order tuna.

Plaza Club - but I ask for the multi-grain bread that they used to serve it on! The menu has changed to sourdough, but you can still get the multi-grain if you ask for it. I also add cheese, but that's a personal thing, LOL!

Give me that and their tomato bisque soup and I'm a happy camper for a long time!!!!
