What is your favorite resort to stay in during Christmas?

I am trying to book a stay at the beginning of Dec. for my boys and I. We stayed this past summer at Pop and loved it. We are pass holders. We want to be able to see/experience Christmas decorations at Disney.

What is your favorite resort to stay in during the holidays? Why?

Grand Floridian!

We did a split stay at Wilderness Lodge and Grand Floridian based on the research we did on this board. It felt like totally two totally different vacations. We enjoyed both resorts tremendously and had three non park days during our 8 night stay.

We loved the life size gingerbread house in GF lobby and the enjoyed the carolers/band. Of course the location with access to the monorail was awesome too. We loved WL for the old fashion Christmas atmosphere. That tree in the lobby was amazing. So was the huge fireplace and many cozy little alcoves where you could sit, relax and soak in the atmosphere.

We have also stayed once at BC during Christmas. It was nice too but it did not entice me to linger in the lobby the same way the GF and WL did.

Hmmm...I need to plan another Christmas trip...
