Well, not really a quote... but on rock `n` roller coaster they count down before you launch, and I love the song they play on the roller coaster, its awsome!

Nobody says it, but there is a sign in the line for Splash Mountain....I remember seeing it at DLR, and I believe it is at WDW....something like, "Everybody's got a laughing place, trouble is, most people don't know where to find it!"
