What is your favorite overlooked or lesser known attraction?

I loved Maelstrom the last time I was there (in 2013). I got the sense it was a bit overlooked because there wasn't much of a crowd. I'm really upset they've closed it, I wish I could have gotten one last chance to ride it again!!

This is soo hard to choose from, but here goes:

MK : As most have stated...I'd also go with COP...It's one of those Just gotta do things No matta what!!

Ep : Future world....Most definitely, Spaceship Earth,
World Showcase.... I'd have to say the Agent P's World showcase adventure...Sooo much fun.:thumbsup2

HS : I'll say 50's P/T Cafe....We always get great antics to accompany a very good comfort food meal... Love this place..

AK : Hmmm. OK got it...The Wildlife Express train, & Rafiki's Planet Watch..They go hand in hand, & its the perfect lil break from everything else at the park...:goodvibes

COP I don't understand why more people don't ride it. I love it and remember it from my first trip and sing the song the rest of the day it just puts me in a happy place.:flower3: figment:confused3 I haven't liked it since they changed it. I don't think its over looked I just think people don't like it as much as the old one. Me. I could never ride the new version again and it would not hurt my feelings.

Living With The Land
Monsters Inc Laugh Floor
The train in MK
- and 2 of the best rides in all of WDW - Crushin' Gusher at Typhoon Lagoon & Teamboat Springs at Blizzard Beach :thumbsup2

We didn't even know there was a ride there until we came home from Disney :(

Animation Academy (Hollywood Studios).

We save/frame our drawings every trip. It's pretty amazing what the kids are able to draw - and for elementary school kids, drawing/coloring/etc is a big deal - the "academy" fills them with tons of confidence.
^^ This ^^
Also, we loved going to Tom Sawyers Island and my son would go up in the fort. It had toy rifles you could shoot and it overlooked where TMRR comes out of the side of the mountain, of course, that was a drop area and people were screaming, and we'd pretend to be shooting at the riders and making them scream, lol. Also, the barrel bridge on TS Island. Let your little ones start across, then bounce up and down. They rock!

EPCOT's Club Cool always makes me giggle. I always have to try 'Beverly' from Italy to see if it's as awful as I remembered it. (Sorry to any Italian fans of the drink.) ;)

I really love the Carousel of Progress. Back in 2010, when DH and I took our first Disney trip without the kids (I highly advise) some young kids on our Disney bus back to the airport were singing Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow. After about 5 minutes their parents made them stop singing. I advised the kids that I loved it, and wished they would have kept singing the song.

The movies on the beach at the Yacht Club (perfect setting so relaxing).
The second beach at Wilderness lodge (again really relaxing)
Flights of Wonder at AK
The baked potato cart at MK
Don Black at DTD (plays saxophone and plays in Badaki at AK)
I'm sure there is more I just can't think of them at the moment

Is the Baked Potato cart at MK the market type place in Liberty Square or is it somewhere else?

I have to agree with Flights of Wonder, Living with the Land and the Animation drawing class!

Is Spaceship earth considered overlooked? Cause it's my fav.

Also love:
Livin with the Land
Canada & China movies
Peoplemover
Laugh Floor & Philharmagic

- Living with the Land
- The water at the Imagination Pavilion
- All the waterfalls in New Fantasyland

Living with the Land, TTA, Carousel of Progress and the boat ride in Mexico.

I love Living with the Land!

Some of my other favorite, lesser known attractions include:

Mini Terracotta army in China
Anime and legendary character exhibit in Japan
Conservation Station
Casey's Corner
Monsters Inc. Meet and greet

MK - Tom Sawyers Island
AK - Conservation Station
EP - Living with the Land
HS - Dinosaur Gertie's Ice Cream

Not an attraction exactly, but for some reason DS6 absolutely loves to watch the trains in Germany at Epcot. We also can't do MK without the People Mover.

I'm not quite sure why, but I LOVE the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. Maybe because we watched it with DD just before our first trip, and that's where the "connection" was made for her?

I'm not sure, but it's dumb, but I adore it and MUST go through it every trip.

Another vote for People Mover in MK, we video from it every trip and watching it always put us back in the moment. Same thing for the horse trolley up Main Street. If that's waiting there at RD we always hop on instead of rushing up on foot. We always seem to be able to walk on Space Mtn without running.
