What is your favorite "MUST SEE" or "MUST DO" in WDW?

Do you all have a must see or must do that is relaxing or pleasent, or something that is I gotta do it? It could be anything a restaurant, favorite escape, recreation, a park or an attraction.

My favorite is the Magic Kingdom and my must see is the Haunted Mansion.

Another must do is to check is to rent out those speed boats at the Polynesian.

I have plenty of others too...LOL!

Two years ago we were at the AK the day the White Cheek Gibbon baby was born. We were the first vistors to see him or her not sure except for the CM's. So everytime we go to WDW we must see as we call him, OUR BABY.

Must eat at Beaches and Cream and of course have a Dole Whip and a Koni Gori. Not together

I must do all 3 parks(there were only 3 parks the times i went) and now for my trip in May 05 it will be 4 parks, and it has to be in order of MK, Epcot,MGM, AK, and I also have to have my dole whip. MY last trip I went with my cousin, and she didn't want to do all the attractions such as POTC, JC and my trip just didn't feel the same without them.

Must do spaceship earth at Epcot, Haunted Mansion at Kingdom, Muppets at MGM, and Lion King show at AK, all for relaxation and to take a break from the spinning or fast moving rides.

For the gotta do it, test track at Epcot, RnRc at MGM (tied with TOT), Splash Mountain at Kingdom, and the Dinosaur at AK, though I believe it needs to be revamped a bit.

A must do for me is Space Mountain and the Haunted Mansion. Not a complete trip until I do those rides. Oh and I have to walk through the castle to make it all "real".

Must have popcorn on Main Street when I get to the MK!

Star Tours used to be my favorite ride, but after finally riding Splash Mountain, that is now my favorite.
