What is your favorite month to visit Disney World and why?

WE ALWAYS GO THE WEEK AFTER THANKSGIVING FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS. I CAN'T IMAGINE GOING AND NOT SEEING ALL THE HOLIDAY DECORATIONS AND ACTIVITIES. THE WEATHER IS GREAT, AND THE CROWDS ARE LOW!!!

I love going in December. There are not many people there, lines are pretty short. And it is decorated for Christmas. That is the most magical part for me!

I voted for May.

Now that we have school age kids, we are somewhat limited to summer, christmas break, and spring break.

Before kids we enjoyed the first week to 10 days of May. The weather wasn't too hot yet, and spring break was over so crowds are low. I also liked the first week of October, for the same reasons - although you do have a slight chance of weather (hurricane) problems at that time.

I could certainly see early December's appeal - assuming you don't want to use the swimming pools alot.

November!!! We love to go at Thanksgiving...the weather is cooler and after T-Day they put up the Christmas decorations.

I vote for late October. The weather is ideal (not too cool, not too hot), the crowds are on the light side, you've got MNSSHP, and you've got Food and Wine Festival. What more could you ask for? Unfortunately, late October is no longer an option now that our kids are in school.

April was INCREDIBLE!!! Very low crowds when we went (last week of the month) and weather was in the 70's each day.

Just went this May and really enjoyed it too but there were times that it was a bit hot (80's each day). The crowds were also wonderful. (went May 9-15th,2004).

Went in 2001 the first week of Sept. and will NEVER do it again. The heat and humidity was awful!!!!!! The crowds weren't bad but the entire family was just "dead" by mid-day due to the heat!

We really, really, really want our next trip to be the first 2 weeks of Nov. or first 2 weeks of Dec. 2006. I know we have to drag the boys out of school but it is soooooooo worth it. If they are doing well and their teachers feel like they can miss, we'll definitely make this our next trip!

September - because of the low crowds and the nice warm weather. I'm from Florida - its only warm in September, not hot. LOL
