What is your favorite brand of makeup or beauty product?

I think it was already mentioned, but to the poster looking for the best under eye councealer, Touche Eclat by YSL is the best . I love Smashbox and Lorac, and also love Nars. Sephora is a great resource, and they give great samples. I'm embarrassed by how many cosmetic products I have right now

I went to to Sephora awhile back looking for new solutions--and they were great for samples--which btw--gets you hooked!! I really like these products--even though they are pricey--you do not need much

My most essential piece of makeup is mascara. I LOVE the maximum length mascara from ULTA. It goes on so easy and comes off really nice.

I also love their eyeshadows because you can easily wear them wet or dry and they always come out looking amazing.

My other favorite piece is Fade Not, Crease Not Eyeshadow Base from Ultima II. It really helps to keep your eye makeup looking good all day long.

I used to use Clinque, but switched to Estee Lauder a few years ago (for make-up). For skin care I use Mary Kay.

I love Avon. I use the mascara and eyeliner. I love there eye make-up products. I've also used Clinique, but it is not cheap. I do use ProActiv for my facial cleansing/mask and I love it. Doesn't dry out my skin.

Im not much of a make up person. A little goes a long way for me and Im not chosey about brands for my make up either. But for skin care I really like Neutrogena products. Especially their suncreen. Its wonderful. I cleanse my face with their products and use their moisturizers and creams as well. I also like that they are not so expensive. Ive tried many brands (some that cost me a small fortune and others that were dirt cheap) but this one seems to work the best with my skin.

I think I am one of Lancome's best customers ! I spend usually $100 monthy on their website (through My Points so I get great points). I love their skin care products and make-up. I make up for it by using Suave hair care products! My philosophy is hair is dead, use the cheapest that works....skin is your largest organ, so treat it as well as you can afford!

For the last year I've been using BioElements Moisturizer for my skincare needs. Its expensive but I really like the way my face looks and feels.

For all you Mary Kay girls who use their skin care, what do you like about it? I am making the switch from Clinique to Mary Kay after being one of their bathroom models (they bring you the products and you use them in the privacy of your own home for 3 days). I know I'm just 3 days in, but I love the way my face feels!

I'm a makeup junkie, so I stick to the cheaper brands rather than the more upscale... that way I can buy more!

I find that I use L'Oreal, Maybelline, and Neutrogena the most. I really don't like much of what I've tried from Revlon or Cover Girl.

I like Clinique a lot (love their giveaways), but they don't make foundation that's light enough for my ultra pale skin (the lady behind the counter actually agreed I needed another brand!), so I don't buy their stuff very often.

The brand I use hasn't been mentioned yet. Merle Norman is my favorite. They have the only lipstick I've found that doesn't taste awful (I guess I am picky). I don't know if Merle Norman has stores everywhere or just here in the south.

I used to be able to wear any brand, any time...I did switch over to Mary Kay about 10 years ago and loved it! The TimeWise skin care stuff just makes my face feel so so so soft! I have since moved and no longer have a local rep...and just wanted to be able to go to a store to buy what I needed when I needed it.

I still use MK for the skincare, but I am a Bare Escentuals convert. I read about it here on the DIS and became curious. So for Christmas, DH and I took each other shopping and BE was on my list. I bought the kit that comes with the 2 foundations, warmth, mineral veil, and 3 brushes. I LOVE THE STUFF!!! I hate the feel of heavy makeup and with this stuff...I don't even realize it's there! I also love the fact that it has an SPF 15 to it too. I went back and purchased the bisque multi-tasking minerals for a concealer. It works great! And I absolutely love the Buzz Latte Lip Balm. I am slowly building my collection...but I have found that the warmth works great as a blush for my skin tone. I also use it as my eyeshadow and I use is as my lipstick! You can dip the lip balm into the minerals and use it as lipstick. My husband calls it the swiss army knife of makeup...lol

As I have gotten older, my skin just won't let me wear the drug store brands anymore.

I have found the best mascara though. It's Almay Bright Eyes. I have had the most rotten time finding a good mascara...this stuff is awesome!!
