You know you can save a bunch (don't have exact #) of cals/carbs if you "gut" the bagel. You cut it in half and pull out the fluffy bread and create a shell for whatever you like ~ cream cheese, cheese, butter etc.. You can take out as much or as little as you like. I feel less guilty this way.
We also like what we call the "shake" at the bottom of the bag of bagels when you bring it home ~ its also called debris (onions,sesame. poppy,garlic etc thats fallen off the bagels and settles in the bottom of the bag. We sprinkle it (OK
