What is your favorite at Brown Derby?

GRAPEFRUIT CAKE!!!!! Its the only thing I've had, lol.

I had an amazing salmon with creamy polenta when we went a few years ago. I'm thinking of getting the filet this time, I've heard good things.

I agree with the people who said don't get the grapefruit cake unless you really like grapefruit.

I really liked the salmon I had the last time I ate there. The appetizers there are always fantastic, with my favorites being the crab cake and the seared scallop.

Blue Glowtini followed by the Ahi Tuna w/ Lotus Root. And as a meal, the Cobb Salad (It is gigantic!).

I had the Cobb salad, it was very good.

My son had the pork chop with apricots and gouda cheese. With his first bite he closed his eyes and said, "Pork has no business being THIS amazing."

I'm getting the pork next time.

If anyone is a fan of the grapefruit cake, the old Disney Magazine published the recipe a number of years ago - I've made it numerours times and its been very popular at family gatherings and potlucks. I agree you have to like grapefruit - so I also made it once with mandarin orange instead of grapefruit, which cut the sharpness of the grapefruit flavor. Yummy!

My DW and I always split a cobb salad and an entree. As for dessert, no sharing; I go for the grapefruit cake and my wife will go for a brule, when they have them.
The staff happily will divide your orders for you. We are big eaters and come out satisfied. Works for lunch or dinner.
