What is your BMI? Is that a better indicator of overall health?

I know that some consider BMI better, but my question is....since muscle weighs more than fat, how is that figured in. According to my friends scale I have 25% body fat, which is below the max. Now my BMI is 22.7, which is considered acceptable. I tend to weigh more than others who have my same height and wear the same size clothing.

I dunno being called "Marginally overweight" with a BMI of 26.811922310713306...I dunno if that is any better than saying I weigh 137 :(

I don't really know what my BMI is but I do know that I'm overfat. Whether you state that in terms of pounds or in terms of body mass, fat is fat.
