I am so angry and frustrated. I called back today (as my mom) and was told there is NO code on her account. CM had no idea why I was told Wed. night that there was and it could be booked starting tomorrow.

This after another CM told me she had no account.
I wish that Disney would just make the offer they want to have out and decide how many rooms they are going to make it good for and book until they are gone and move on to the next offer. This game of did I get a secret code, is there one in my account, if there is will this CM tell me about it, will I have to call back and find a "nicer" one, will they tell me about the offers that are available to the GP etc. This is just juvenile game playing and very annoying and frustrating.
And I have asked for a quote for the exact same trip each time I have called and gotten different numbers-- Pretty sure one applied the current GP code automatically and the other one didn't. Why?? If it is available to everyone why should I have to ask/beg for it?
And this after when I booked my trip the CM "upgraded" my Free QSDP to the
DDP with out asking me, telling me, or even telling me what he did when I asked why the price was so much higher than it should have been and kept questioning that it was too high and didn't make any sense.
With this kind of Customer Service if I knew nothing about Disney and wasn't a fan, and was just trying to get a trip for my family I would probably just decide to heck with it, I will give my money to someone else.
So annoyed! Disney makes this so complicated their own people can't figure it out.
