What is up with West Jet prices to Orlando?

I booked our flights through Flight hub. YEG to LAX for 193 pp. 4 days before Christmas, so I was happy with that price. On the Westjet website that same flight was 557 pp. Today that flight doesn't even exist on their website. I will have to keep an eye on that....lol

Is the entire flight missing from the Westjet site or just a couple of the fares showing as N/A? If it's not there you might want to take the time to call, better safe than sorry based on our experience last year!

The entire flight. I just booked it Tuesday and it was posted to my Visa yesterday. The booking reference code works though.
The flight still shows up on all other booking sites. Very weird.

Any good deals from YYC / YEG ?

Best I have seen this year was $330 PP Rtn in January YEG-MCO

Delta and United seem to have the best prices and the connections are not bad.

Outside of peak travel times consistently under $500 and a few under $400. The best prices tend to be midweek or Saturday.

How far ahead of your flight date did you book - wondering when to start looking for next April? Want non-stop flight from Toronto YYZ to MCO.

WestJet usually has a seat sale late December/early January. This year the seat sale started January 3, for all travel up to late June. We booked direct flights during that sale for our upcoming trip this month to WDW. Definitely sign up for their emails!!

I had some Westjet dollars expiring next week so ended up booking it. Wow, even with 157 Westjet dollars it still cost about $450 return from YYZ (both weekend flights). What's even more frustrating was looking through my previous flight itineraries and seeing I paid just over $300 return.
