What is the youngest age your children have been on the BIG thrill rides?

My now 5 yr old is very tall so at age 3 she went on TOT, SPM, SM, etc. AT 5 she can now go on RRC. She has been on them all and LOVED every one!

My DS rode ToT, SM, BTMR at age 3 and loved them. He was quite mad that he was not tall enough for Space Mountain. He was tall enough for that RnR and Dinosaur at age 5. He loved them too.
