What is the soup and meat rotation for Boma.

I can't remember what soups and meats are on which days at Boma. Can anyone help me out

While that's true, there is still an old rotation listing around if you search for it.

I usually go on ribs night, which has consistently been Wed and Saturday. I know Tuesday and Friday was listed as salmon. Monday and Thursday was listed as pork loin. Sunday has been chef's choice. But generally, I can only speak to the accuracy of ribs nights...

There are items like bobotie and rotisserie chicken that are consistent every night.

Not sure about the soups.

Thanks so much this is what I was looking for. I have reservations for a Friday nite and was going to change to Thursday, but then I have to change my nite time fast passes which will be impossible. Last trip we were there on Friday and wanted a different choice on the buffet but I guess I'll have to stick with Friday again. Thanks again

You have the same problem I do. We always seem to end up at Boma on Friday nights, but I'm trying to change it to Wednesday this trip. The only issue with that is we were going to park hop to MK on Wednesday night for the fireworks, so I was planning on eating at Ohana, but I guess I could move that to a different night.

I hope that old, old menu rotation is still accurate. Sounds silly, but Boma's peanut rice is one of DD's favorite dishes of all time, and if the old posting is correct, she'll get her peanut rice this time!

Hmm having dinner there on Sunday June 3rd. I guess we are at the mercy of the chef that night.
