While that's true, there is still an old rotation listing around if you search for it.
I usually go on ribs night, which has consistently been Wed and Saturday. I know Tuesday and Friday was listed as salmon. Monday and Thursday was listed as pork loin. Sunday has been chef's choice. But generally, I can only speak to the accuracy of ribs nights...
There are items like bobotie and rotisserie chicken that are consistent every night.
Not sure about the soups.
