what is the shortest turn around time for ROFR?

was just curious what the shortest turn around time is for ROFR. I know they have 30 days but it seems like most cases take up almost 30 days. Do they ever do it quickly?

When i purchased my BLT last November... My turn around time was 21 days. I was actually very surprised.. It varies from 21 days to even 30+ days.

If it is a property Disney wants at a really good price I have heard of them taking it in just about a week- the faster it comes back the more likely Disney is to be taking it at this point.

Most people I've heard pass ROFR some time in the last (4th) week. The low-down is that they make their decisions on a Monday/Tuesday, so you hear then. So depending on which day you submit your contract, expect to hear about the Monday/Tuesday before your 30 days end (so mid-20s).

If your contract does not pass, it could be faster. I haven't heard a lot of data points about ROFR'd contract notification time.

Yes there have been postings of as short as 1 week both taken and waived, but it is rare

I received a verbal ok after 24 hours. The written was approx 4-5 days later. I'd have to look back and verify but I think closing was done 3 weeks after offer but it might have been 4.

It was unique because DVC had muffed up a foreclosing on the contract so it raised a flag immediately and got a decision immediately.
