When you break this down - are you really saving any money? Has anyone added this to thier package? We have friends going this October - 2 adults, 2 kiddos - one 5 the other 7. They DS is crazy about princesses so they were planning on a character meal anyway. Any suggestions on this plan? Thanks:earsboy:

we added the prince and princess plan to our package... It has the Pins, and the 50 dis. dollars per child... and the selected seating.. I honestly have no idea if it saved us money.. but, we did it anyways..

we added it so for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) it cost $170 lets do math. $50 dollars per kid=$100 plus it pays for a character meal. we are doing CRT= $80 so that is already $10 over plus you get priority seating which is a good thing not waiting in those lines and more park time

Where can I find out more about the Prince and Princess plan? Does the cost change if you only have one child?

on google or Disney.
heres the prices
$23 PER ADULT
$64 PER CHILD (ages 3-9)

Do you still need to make your own resies for CRT??? Or do they do it for you?

you have to make your own. The prince and princess packages just pays for a character meal.

We are a family of three, so do we all get the meal included or just the kids? Does it have to be CRT or can you do any character breakfast?

any character meal. Everybody in the party has to pay so you all get the meal only the kids get the $50 disney money

Another advantage to the plan is that you can get special seating for some of the shows (like Beauty and the Beast, Playhouse Disney, Tarzan Live, etc.). One of the disadvantages is that you have to call beforehand. A CM informed me that priority seating can be made as late as the day of the showing, but the liklihood goes down. Apparently the seating is for the first two or three rows. Otherwise, you need to stand in line on the first come, first serve basis.

It's still going to be worth it to me because I know my children already have their "souvenir money" and I don't have to worry if I set enough aside since it's already paid for. As far as a princess breakfast, make sure to call as soon as it becomes available (90 days prior to the seating). Otherwise, you may have to settle for a different character breakfast. I had to change the dates of my vacation so I had to give up my princess breakfast. There haven't been any cancellations for me to get in, but I'm sure my kids will love Chef Mickey's. Besides, we're just doing Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner instead or breakfast now.

Is it true that the only way to get a Prince and Princess Plan is to add it to your Vacation Package. I have already made all my arrangement on my own and was hoping to purchase this plan. Can it be done that way?

I believe you have to have the dreamakers package to do it.
