What is the number to call?

I was booked at the French Quarter for the end of October. I received a call to let me know it was closed and they offered a few different hotels. I selected the Beach Club but I am strongly considering the Grand Floridian. Problem is I lost the number for that deptartment. Does anyone have it? If you call the main number they pass you over to a voice mail. Any help would be appreciated.

If it has been over 10 days since you chose the Beach Club then you cannot change to the Grand Floridian w/o a fee. Otherwise, you just call either CRO or WDTC and ask for the POFQ relocation team.

Is the fee charged on top of the difference in price from the Beach Club to the Floridian? I called a CRO and was told they don't have their direct number all they could do was pass me to their voicemail box.

As I remember it, but not quite sure, I thought that after you made your decision, after 10 days you could not change it unless you paid the full current amount. I guess that may be rack rate. Sorry about the confusion re: fees. If it has been over 10 days for you, then just stay with the Beach Club. The area is beautiful there and I'm sure you'll be happy.
