We also have stayed at the Doubletree Castle. The rooms were very nice with towels folded into elephant shapes on the beds. They also have tasty fresh-baked cookies at the front desk. I decided to go for a quick dip in the pool and almost jumped right out of my skin, I was expecting it to be heated and it wasn't (this was an October evening). If you go out the front (the back actually faces International Drive) and make a left you run right into Universal Studios, a right will take you to Seaworld and you miss all of the I-Drive traffic. We'd stay there again. It's also a hotel you can win with a Priceline bid, we won it for $40/night.
