What is the most unusual Disney related item you have collected?

For me I once found an old ticket machine from the Magic Kingdom. I believe it was the one that scanned part of your hand and even had the black light for re-entry. Unfortunately I have yet to find a good use for it and it is just collecting dust in my attic. But it was unique and I never seen another one.
