What is the Moka Experience?

Can anyone tell me about the “Moka Experience” beverage in Cove Cafe? What is it and how is it served? Is it on all ships?

Caffè corretto is espresso with liquor (I’ve had it with brandy but I think there are other variants)

The coffee is cold, but the foam is warm. DH tried it but I don't like iced coffee so I didn't. But I did try some of the foam and it is delicious and I will say that, when you mix it with the coffee, it warms it up a tad and is also very delicious. There was enough in the pot for two glasses. He liked it very much. FYI: I had the Magic Espresso (I think that's what it's called) which is a ball of chocolate put into the glass with hot espresso poured over it. The chocolate melts and then some marshmallows pop out of it. You can get it with milk or dark chocolate. Both are yummy and not too sweet. I wish I'd discovered it earlier in the trip.
