What is the Likelihood of Getting a Discount on Cash Reservations BCV JULY 2009

Member services says that a 25% discount is up currently for OKW for next July, and there may be a BCV discount offered at some point but there is not one now. Does anyone know about this kind of thing? Can I expect this? If so, when? I need to link points reservations with this eekend cash reservation that is in the middle. Thanks.

I booked SSR last night and CM said there was no 25% discount left for SSR but I could keep trying which I will do as there is a huge difference
