What is the Law on Coolers?

I'm torn between using the dining plan or just taking my chances on our upcoming visit.

Does Seaworld allow small coolers with soda/water?

We were just there in March(2 different days) and took my cooler that looks like a purse/diaper bag, but they still look in it and nobody said anything. We still eat some in the park, but we stay all day and have picky little eaters. Target has a very nice selection of cooler type things right now.
