What is the "golden" time to embark/disembark

I always get there around 2 pm. The crowds are gone and I usually walk right up to a counter. Most people want to get to the ship early so they have most of the day on the board.

between 12 and 1 to embark. you pretty much walk right on.
as for disembark, well that all depends.
it doesn't take a whole lot of time once you get to your luggage. I find that between 8 and 8:30 its a bit of a zoo but your not going to wait to to long at any point. the line to customs goes fairly quickly. jmo.
