What is the earliest time i can book our reservations online?

We are arriving Dec 23 i have to make our breakfast/dinner reservations. I was going to do it online? What is the earliest time that i can go online to do this? Will 12 am work?
Will i be able to book our entire stays reservations on the first days 90th day out?

You can start making ADRs at 3 Am EST. You can make all your ADRs (up to 10 days) on your 90th day if you are staying on property.
