what is the earliest time a bus runs from the boardwalk to downtown disney?

we are going to pick up a rental car on wed from the courtyard by marriot near dd. what time can we catch a bus to dd from the boardwalk? we had hoped to pick up the car by 9 am, or will we have to take a taxi to get there that early?

Now that Typhoon Lagoon isn't opening until 10:00, busses to DTD won't start running until like 9am...
