What is the Disney 'game' app and is it for adults/kids/all?

I see a few references to the game app, and wanted to ask what it was and how it worked before downloading it. I'm going to be solo at WDW for a few days, and then a friend is joining me. I'm interested in a little bit of time wasting while standing in line, but not sure I'm a "game" kind of girl.
