What is the difference in rooms at POR

What are the differences in the mansions and the other buildings? I am hoping to possibly stay here in 04 and would like to have as much detailed info as possible in order to make a better decision.

Do you mean the difference between the Mansion section and the Alligator Bayou area rooms? If so, I can tell from my experience the mansions have a more "refined" old south feel and seem to be a tad more adult. While the Ab section has trundle beds available and is more rustic and more "splash mountain" in ambiance. DD decided that AB rooms remind her of Splash mountain (minus the funky hand rail smell).

The mansion buildings are 3 story and have elevators, the bayou buildings are only 2 stories, no elevators.
